Heidi is a full time wife and mother who is passionate about health, nutrition and exercise.  She focuses specifically on continually educating herself on the healing power of whole foods.  Heidi holds a business degree and has 15 plus years of sales/marketing experience but she has discovered her true gift in life.. which is her interest in health and nutrition and teaching others to heal their own bodies and improve their lives through proper nutrition.
